Nano Eye Device for Virus Detection

NED VD is an innovative DNA microarray scanner based on a patented technology for the optical detection of nanoparticles that are markers of viral DNA sequences and of whole virions. NED-VD is designed to make everything that is invisible under a normal microscope optically visible.

How it works

NED VD engineers both nanoparticles and microarrays to test numerous parameters with very small samples.

Developed systems detect all analytes simultaneously projected on the sensor, which enables multi-genotypic and multi-antigenic testing.

In the present state of the project we have developed a microarray capable of detecting up to 20 different genotypes of the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), and an innovative detection system of the whole SARS-Cov2 virus.

The system was developed to make everything that is invisible to a normal microscope visible, using a special proprietary laser technology.
